Staff are very friendly, funny, and helpful. The location is grea right next to the train station. Freidrechstrase is one of the nice streets in Berlin.

Impressive location for visiting bars and pubs. Airy and luxurious units and pleasant staff at reception desk.

Liked it very good. Perfect city location for easy access to Friedrichstrasse railway and Sbahn connection. Quiet room towards backyard. Value for money.

The location was marvellous, only 5 minutes walk to Museum Island. The property was close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent with great omelettes, fresh juices plus sausages, we loved everything.

Carpets were rather dirty. Maid left us short of hand towels and bath towels- we had to phone reception for them

breakfast was wonderful, but 21 Euro is a bit expensive.... Well, we could find many places for breakfast around the hotel, so maybe I should not complain about it.

Wir wurden an der Rezeption ueberaus freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Weil kein normaler Raum mit KIng Size bed zur Verfuegung stand, erhielten wir ein Upgrade fuer eine Junior Suite. Das war wirklich super-nett!

Wir hätten gerne im Hotel gefrühstückt, aber der Preis war einfach zu hoch dafür! Schade!

Great location if you're a shopper. While breakfast in the hotel is expensive, there's a place called Estate Coffee down the street that has good coffee & a yummy breakfast. The triple glazed windows really kept the noise out.

The view from the window was of the railroad tracks. House keeping had a unique idea about what "clean" means. They returned towels that I had left on the floor to the rack. One of them was soaking wet and had clearly been used to wipe down the bathroom. And, one day the bathroom stunk of pee after the housekeeper left (It did not smell like that before he arrived). The concierge desk is just a place to rent a car, bike, or segway. I was unable to get any help at all there, including for a question as simple as the opening hours of the in-house sauna.

I loved this hotel for its perfect location, just a short walk to the fine Berliner Dom and charming Gendarmenmarkt were nice. The staff was also attentive, helping us secure a nice lunch at the Reichstag with amazing views.

It was easy to get around and I think that we lived very well compared to kullturelle experiences

The location!!!. Five steps from a slew of major inner city railways. The rooms were fine and actually quiet despite all the railways.
